5	5	False Ceiling Work:	False Ceiling Work: Providing and installing suspended plain Gypsum false ceiling using 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board and skeleton frame out of Gyp steel GI framing like ceiling channel, main channel, hangers, cleats, wall channel, screws etc.
6	6	Gypsum readymade mouldings:	Gypsum readymade mouldings: Providing and fixing ready-made Plaster of Paris 100 x 100 mm size (POP) moulding as per the approved design provided in earlier VOF, finished smooth with fine P.O.P. in perfect line and level.
7	7	Up gradation of existing door	Up gradation of existing door shutters: Up grading of existing panelled door shutters along with frame by removing them carefully from the frames, levelling the surface flush by using ISI marked approved make BWR variety plywood of required thicknesses
