The new portal is available at https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn and can be accessed through Google Chrome,Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge Browsers. The events with bid start date before 07.12.2023 will be available for bidding, opening and subsequent processes on the old portal only. While the events with bid start date on or after 07.12.2023 will be available for bidding on the new portal. Your existing username, password and digital signature will work on the new portal.
