The Service Provider i.e. MSTC Limited does not provide any assurance or warrant or guarantee to the bidder/ buyer with regard to the ownership or title or possession of the properties of the Seller/ Owner to be sold/ leased out through e-auction/s and/or does not declare that the said properties are free from encumbrances/ charges/ liens/ mortgage/ lispendens/ attachment/ requisition or acquisition proceeding and/or any prohibitory order whatsoever.
2. The Bidders/ Buyers are required to satisfy themselves through proper due diligence and enquiries about the ownership/ title of the Seller/ Owner of the properties put up for sale/ lease. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility or liability for patent or latent defects, if any, in the ownership/ title and/or possession of the Seller/ Owner as well as about encumbrances/ charges/ liens/ mortgage/ lispendens/ attachment/ requisition or acquisition proceeding and/or any prohibitory order.
3. In no event the Service Provider, i.e. MSTC Limited shall be held liable or responsible for any defects in title, subsisting encumbrances, charges or litigations etc. as mentioned in (1) above on the properties put up for sale/ lease.
