All the bidders who have submitted EMD by way of DD/PO dated June’2005 or before  and have not collected their unused EMD so far are requested to collect their EMD from our office as the DDs/POs have expired and MPQ will not be allotted on the basis of such DD/PO in the forthcoming auctions for sale of coal during the month of December’2005.
